and some have been abandoned by their own children.
But they are still human beings.
They still need food to eat, clothes to cover themselves, and medical care when they are ill.
Life has made many of them so weak that they cannot even stand on their own feet anymore. Imagine
growing old with no one to care for you, no one to bring food, and no one to help when you are sick.
One Story Among Many
There is an elderly woman living alone in a small one-room house. The condition of the house is very
poor, and she has been living like this for more than 10 years.
Today, her health has become so weak that she cannot even stand on her own. She is completely dependent
on neighbors for food and basic needs.
But the people living around her are also very poor. They struggle to survive themselves.
So how can they support her every day?
